[00:56:55] <Stev> Hi, I'm on SS 3.6 and have an unhelpful error message when image uploads fail. E.g. I limited the image upload size to 2MB in config YAML. When I upload an image with 3 MB I get an error, which is good, but it only says: "Empty file upload result" instead of "Filesize too big" or something like that. I'm almost certain there was a useful error message in previous SS versions. Can I customise that somehow?

[02:34:43] <isaac___> hey guys, any have any experience with silverstripe in a cloud environment? I've been looking into it and I think the "assets" thing is going to be a big problem
[02:34:57] <isaac___> any kind of blogs or tutes would be awesome

[07:09:18] <madmatt> isaac___: It can be, but it depends how you look at it. NFS is workable, or you can use SS4 and any filesystem you like (e.g. S3 on AWS)

[09:45:23] <gizzo> Hey, how would I go about using buttons in the CMS for a DataObject? It's a pure (I believe) DataObject that represents a store product and isn't linked to a Page
[09:45:58] <gizzo> Currently I have it displaying using FormAction::create but I wonder where the action function should be located
[09:46:56] <gizzo> I have looked online but all tutorials seem to do something different and all yield zero result for me. Not even a button is displaying
[09:48:01] <gizzo> The products are displaying by using an extended ModelAdmin Class
[09:48:40] <gizzo> Is that the 'controller' of the form? I'm sorry, I'm just getting started with silverstripe.
